Managing Director – Car Retail

We are looking for our client, an experienced and driven Managing Director to lead and optimize operations within a car retail organization.

About the Role

As Managing Director, you will play a key role in building a strong and successful organization. You will be responsible for driving sales performance, strategic planning, and operational efficiency, with a strong focus on customer experience and quality. The role requires an in-depth understanding of the business and industry..

You will work closely with the management team to ensure clear action plans are in place to achieve set targets. Additionally, you will have a central role in developing the team and creating a motivating work environment.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:
✔ Extensive experience in retail operations, within the automotive industry
✔ A strong sales focus with a results-driven approach
✔ Experience in building and managing organizations.
✔ Financial knowledge at a corporate level
✔ Strong IT system knowledge (Office/DMS)
✔ Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and engage the team
✔ A high energy level and a strong drive to develop the business
✔ Fluency in Swedish and English
